What happens at the end of the 30 days?
If you decide to return your purchase any time within the 30-day period, simply call, fax or e-mail us and we will issue you a number and provide you with further instructions.
If you decide to keep the software, then you do not have to do anything as long as you do not have a balance owing.

How to cancel order if dissatisfied?
In order to cancel this account please login to your customer area at http://order.eicra.com Click on "My Licenses" menu on the top => Click on the product that you wish to cancel => find the "Request cancellation" button below
. Once you submit cancellation request through your client area, we will process the request in next 24 to 48 hours provided the cancellation does not hit the exception rules stated below.
Rules of return and restrictions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Any Customization that requires personal attention of our engineer or developers.
- Any sales made by our agent or affiliates can't refunded by us directly.
- Items purchased at a Eicra retail store may NOT be returned to our online store.
- Product and services purchased outside of our service network.
- All payment made through offline method. For example payment through western union, Payoneer dabit card, bank wire or cheque can't be refunded due to the restriction of remittance policy of Central Bank of Bangladesh.
Refund Exceptions: Certain fees are just plain NON-REFUNDABLE
